Magid’s Rick Garlick and IRF President Stephanie Harris to host webinar on top performing incentive companies

New research to be presented finds that non-cash incentives give companies a competitive edge in that they are associated with higher profitability, greater employee engagement and higher customer satisfaction

NEW YORK, April 17, 2020 – Magid’s Rick Garlick, as Chief Research Advisor to the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF) will join IRF President Stephanie Harris to host a webinar on the top performing companies in the incentives and rewards category and what sets them apart from their competitors.

The webinar will take place on Thursday, April 23, at 2:00 ET. Registration is currently open.

As many companies seek to cut costs, non-cash incentive programs are under a great deal of scrutity. However, the IRF’s The 2020 Top Performer Study shows clear differences for the level of engagement between the most successful companies and “comparator” companies relative to non-cash incentive programs.

In this webinar, Rick and Stephanie will present valuable data supporting the idea that non-cash incentive programs are associated with higher profitability, increased employee engagement and more positive customer satisfaction, which are all essential to giving companies a competitive edge.

Webinar attendees will also learn about best practices and benchmarks from top-performing companies and how they can incorporate these tactics into their own incentive programs.
