Julia Yarbough joins Magid as Talent Coach, Local Media
LOS ANGELES, August 17, 2021 – Magid announces the hiring of Julia Yarbough as Talent Coach, a key role for its Local Media practice. Yarbough, a multiple Emmy Award-winning broadcast and print journalist, joins the company on August 23, 2021, bringing 30 years of on-air television, public speaking, professional writing, and production experience to the Magid team.

During her broadcast career, Yarbough chased news in the field and brought viewers nightly news reports from cities across the country, with anchoring and reporting experience in studios including KHSL-Action News Now in Northern California, NBC6-WTVJ in Miami, and KCBS2 in Los Angeles.

Yarbough holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from The University of California, Santa Barbara, and is based in northern California.
