Although many of the core challenges and questions our clients have for our gaming team are not much different from what we tend to see in other industries we work with, there is some variance gaming researchers need to keep in mind. As players have a complex relationship with their games, focusing on research methodologies that allow for an extended period of time to study the players and games will give researchers a more complete view of the decision-making process.
