MINNEAPOLIS – May 11, 2026 – Magid, the leading media and customer experience advisory and services firm, today announced the return of Jeff Segal as Senior Vice President, Revenue.

He will spearhead the commercial expansion of Magid’s renowned AI product suite, including Collaborator Publisher and Collaborator Strategy.

Jeff brings operator experience, media industry fluency, and a proven ability to build AI-driven organizations to the role. He previously spent three years at Magid as a Director of Strategy Consulting, where he led strategy engagements with many of the firm’s top clients, including a particular focus on digital transformation, new revenue generation, and M&A advisory.

In the years since, Jeff has built a track record of scaling commercial engines across multiple sectors. Most recently, he served in dual executive leadership roles at Table22, a hospitality software company backed by top venture investors including Lightspeed and Forerunner. As Head of Marketing, Jeff oversaw the company’s growth, brand, and partner marketing, reimagining its go-to-market processes from the ground up to leverage AI tools and workflows, leading to substantial ARR and GMV growth. As GM of Wine, he led business development, strategic partnerships, and product strategy for one of Table22’s fastest-growing business segments. He is also the founder of Domestique, an internationally-recognized wine retailer that has one of the most successful ecommerce subscription businesses in the beverage industry.

Prior to his roles at Table22 and launching Domestique, Jeff served as Senior Director of Strategy at Axios, where he created and led the development of Axios Expert Voices and new monetization and editorial products, and as Head of Business, Technology, and Sports Content Development at Medium, where he oversaw partnerships and growth for leading publishers, Fortune 500 brands, and global executives.

In his new role, Jeff will be responsible for developing Magid’s go-to-market strategy for Collaborator Publisher and Collaborator Strategy, building the firm’s channel partner program, and integrating Magid’s AI product offerings with its world-class consulting services. He will report directly to the CEO, Brent Magid.

“We are very excited to welcome Jeff back,” said Brent Magid, Magid President & CEO. “He has a rare combination of extensive, cutting edge digital media and marketing expertise and a keen sense of delivering human-centered customer experiences that are second to none.”
