Magid’s Abby Miller awarded Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA) Young Professionals Grant

Miller will join fellow award winners at the QRCA’s annual conference in January 2019

MINNEAPOLIS, December 4, 2018 – Today, the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA) has announced winners of its Young Professionals Grant. This year’s list includes Magid’s Abby Miller, Senior Qualitative Research Manager.

Miller joined Magid on November 5, 2018, bringing a diverse range of qualitative research and consulting expertise to Magid clients across the company’s retail, CPG, and travel, hospitality and leisure practices. Based in Chicago, she was most recently a senior strategist at Egg Strategy. Prior to that, Miller was an Associate Consultant at GfK where she guided innovation, ideation and trend identification. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, completed additional studies at Northwestern University’s School of Continuing Studies, and holds multiple certificates from the RIVA Training Institute.

The Young Professionals Grant program was created in 2014 to help advance young qualitative researchers’ careers, and are awarded based on age, experience level and a personal statement provided by the applicant. Grant winners will be recognized at the QRCA annual conference held January 30-February 1 in Savannah, Georgia.

The QRCA is a not-for-profit association of researchers involved in designing and implementing qualitative research, consisting of moderators, ethnographers, consumer experience specialists, online qualitative professionals, social media experts, branding and strategy authorities and more.
