Magid’s Andrew Hare will present research with CMA’s Karen Stump at the Country Radio Seminar
MINNEAPOLIS, January 12, 2018 — Magid, a research-based consultancy, today announced that Andrew Hare, Vice President of Research, will co-present with the Country Music Association’s Karen Stump, Director of Consumer Research, during this year’s Country Radio Seminar.
The “2017 Country Music Streaming Study: The Way Forward to Drive Consumption” will be the focus of the session. The research was conducted over a nine-month period and included more than 2,500 Country music listeners, whose music streaming behaviors were tracked on their mobile devices, PCs, and laptops, in addition to extensive quantitative survey research describing their attitudes and perceptions about streaming experiences and providers.
“CMA is excited to present this unique research that captures current streaming behaviors and experiences,” said Stump. “By leveraging the learnings provided, all segments of the industry can have an expanded understanding of how we all work together to bring Country music to our fans every day through streaming.”
