Future of newsrooms uncertain as more people work remotely

Media companies across the U.S. are giving up long-term building leases in exchange for more permanent work-from-home structures. This past Wednesday, the Orlando Sentinel said it is leaving its downtown office after 69 years due to the pandemic. On the same day, Tribune Publishing announced it has permanently closed the headquarters for the Daily News in New York City.
