The Research Field Associate and Office Manager will support providing clients with actionable insights to address critical business issues, grounded in primary consumer research. Along with execution of scheduling and managing research projects and facilitation of office duties, the associate becomes a highly valued partner within the organization.

The Research Field Associate and Office Manager’s work will include:

  • Support day-to-day tasks of executing projects
  • Managing projects through the research process, including proactive communications and updates
  • Managing research partners and vendors throughout project execution
  • Advising peers and assisting with ad hoc requests as appropriate
  • Manage administrative duties of the Los Angeles office, including scheduling travel, completing expenses reports, ordering supplies, greeting visitors, managing the front desk and contacting maintenance support
